Simple. We are not co-ordinators. Motorros owns every part of the process and can be involved in as many of them or as little of them as you desire. From sourcing, through to last mile delivery, we have our own infrastructure at every step. From pre-purchase reports to door delivery in a closed trailer, we own every part of the process. This ownership of the process chain exists in both the UAE or EU. We are also capable of receiving payment in either geography. Our process is simple - We ship the car, clear it through customs, get it ready for European roads, register it and deliver it to your doorstep with all the paperwork you need.

For many years, we have been B2B specialists, working with shipping agents, showrooms, importers and exporters. If you have ever imported or exported a car from UAE to Europe or vice versa, it is likely we were involved, whether it was for customs clearance, registration, homologation, last mile delivery or even booking the transport method. We recently hired more staff, whom we have trained over the last year and have decided to open our business to B2C requests as well.

Yes, we can. We have good professional relationships with most of the biggest names in the automobile industry, both in Europe and in the UAE. If you can specify what you want, we can help you source it. As with all purchases - rarity, budget and specificity may increase timelines.

Air, Ocean Freight, RoRo - You name it, we can accommodate it. Because we have good working relationships with many shipping agents, both in Europe and the UAE, we can even try to reduce costs. We do this by assigning your vehicle as part of a larger delivery, should you wish. This may increase delivery times, so should only be chosen for non-urgent requirements.

Yes, we are well versed with the requirements of EU Vehicle legalities and how to ensure complete compliance with them. This process is known as Homologation. We can take care of the entire process for you. We will let you know the modifications that will be needed, the costs and the time associated with doing so. We can help register it once it passes the necessary homologation checks as well.

I only want to bring my car with me on holiday. Can you help?

Yes! You will need a document known as Carnet de Passage en Douane or CPD. Think of it as a tourist visa for your car. We can also help you organise the legally required CPD insurance for your car for the duration of its stay. For CPD bookings, we strongly suggest air freight to ensure the vehicle arrives and departs on time. It is also suggested that you inquire in advance of your holiday, as this is a popular option for high value car owners and freight allowances may fill up quickly.

Depending on the car, we may be able to assist. We usually only accommodate these requests if you are the owner of the car and the model in question is one of rarity or high value. Please get in touch to see if we can assist.

We have a few options and we work to the needs of our clients. We will keep you updated throughout the process, with paperwork as it happens, photos at every stage (loading, unloading, transport in progress etc.,) as well as being available to you by phone or message.
